Pocket wifi for Spain is just Great! I rent wifi in spain with MY WEBSPOT for my last trip in Europe. I use the wifi egg during a 10 days trip in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville and Malaga and It worked perfectly in 4G LTE. The process was very easy, the pocket wifi was delivered to my Hotel in Barcelona before my arrival. I retrieved it when checking in. Just turned it on enter the wifi password and that’s it. I was able to connect my computer, phone and tablet at the same time and the speed was flawless. The battery life was fine (about 7 hours). It was my first time using Mifi in Spain and I was very please with my webspot. Very convenient, reliable an affordable ! Yo lo usé en mi viaje por Europa en Bus. Solo tuve pequeños inconvenientes en algunos sitios por el tema de cobertura, pero es manejable. We ordered from My Webspot to use mobile wi-fi while visiting Berlin for a week. It arrived and was waiting for us at our hotel, and worked well while we were there. It's a compact unit and feels reassuringly robust. There's only one button, and with the very clear, simplified directions was easy to use. Battery life was sufficient for an entire day's use, and we used it (through a smartphone) for surfing, navigating and checking details on tourist sites. Reception was adequate everywhere but in the U-Bahn (underground), which was no surprise. When done, we used a prepaid padded envelope and just dropped it into a postbox. Although we were initially told it had to be dropped off at a DHL PaketShop, a later email from them said that any postbox would do - making it even easier. ~ Iain M

This is the fourth time I have used a My Webspot device. Used it for 9 days in Paris and Brussels in July. Worked flawlessly. Even deep in the Paris subway the signal was strong, fast and reliable. There were no areas of Paris where there was a noticeable decline in speed. The device will last for several hours but it is helpful to bring a small battery pack for very long days. Will keep 4 phones/iPads/devices connected well. There is no decrease in speed when you connect more than one device to the My WebSpot. There is a password associated with the My Webspot so no one can tap your wifi. The return envelope was very helpful. On the day we flew home, we just mailed it at the airport (where free wifi is always available). Will continue to use it. ~ Gabriel G

This is a great product to take when traveling in Europe. It worked perfectly throughout the islands in Greece and of course in Athens. We've used it previously in Paris and it worked perfectly there as well. This is all you need - skip the expensive plans thru your cell phone provider - with wi-fi access you can call, email, use Maps and text. The device is small enough to fit in a purse (it does get warm) and is easy to figure out how to use. The battery lasts - we plugged it in overnight while we were sleeping and never ran out of juice during the day. We ordered the back up battery and found we did not need it at all. It shows up at your hotel or where you are located and you put it in the mail to return it - very simple especially with the pre-paid postage envelope. ~ Jody C

Must have Pocket wifi for your trips to Europe! I used My Webspot for my 4 weeks trip to France, Italy and Spain, although the device comes at a certain price. The mifi is super useful, we could use google maps to find our Airbnb everytime we changed cities, use it to call our families and friends back in USA and we could keep the kids busy during long rides with internet. After comparing other options like Tep and other pocket wifi companies, My Webspot seemed to be the most reliable with the highest fair usage. At the end of our trip we dropped the pocket wifi at My Webspot office in Paris which was very convenient. I would recommend to anyone looking for an internet solution in Europe to try My webspot. Used Pocket wifi for Netherlands from MY WEBSPOT. The service was great ! The Wifi Egg was delivered to our hotel in Amsterdam before our arrival. The portable wifi solution was excellent: as promised we had unlimited internet in Netherlands, coverage 4G LTE was excellent in Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague and Leiden. The speed was much faster than our hotel wifi. The battery life was about 7hours. We also used as car charger as we used the pocket wifi as a GPS. We contact is the customer service and they assisted us for the booking and the return process of the Pocket wifi from schipol airport. Return process was very easy. We just drop it in a mailbox at the airport ! We can recommend MY WEBSPOT Mobile Wifi for Netherlands. ~ marie-liza b

Used this for a week long trip to Colombia. We were in the city (Bogota) quite a bit and the Webspot simply needed to fill in the gaps in coverage when we couldn't get wifi at the hotel, etc. Where the Webspot really impressed was when we headed out into the outskirts of the city during two days of volunteer work where our clients brought in a group and built houses for some local families. I was able to reach out whenever I needed too. Battery life was good and coverage was really good compared to others that didn't have a pocket wifi and couldn't get a signal most of the time. I'm in the security business, and it was good piece of mind knowing we could reach others for help (medical, police) if needed. Especially in remote locations. ~ Chris K

I have been using My Webspot for 3 months in 11 countries (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, San Marino, Monaco, France, Spain, Great Britain) on my roadtrip and it was working very well. I had connection everywhere, in the cities, small towns, mountains and in the woods. Internet speed was very fast, it let me upload quickly daily vlogs on YouTube, watch videos and be online whenewer I wanted. Only sometimes, especially when we were in some wild places it was working slowly. For me it was the best solution I can imagine on the roadtrip. I didn't have to do anything when we were crossing the borders. I had connection all the time, everywhere and it was really great. I can truly recommend it :) ~ Katarzyna K

Livraison impeccable à la réception de l'hôtel. Connexion peut être un peut lente et à refaire tous les matins, mais très bonne autonomie en journée (pour ma part environ 10 heures avec géolocalisation quasi permanente). Wir haben den Webspot in Sardinien gebraucht und sind sehr zufrieden damit. In den abgelegenen Orten hatten wir zum Teil kein Netz und der Preis ist halt etwas teuer. Die Akkulaufzeit war super und auch mit der Lieferung hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir werden uns bestimmt wieder für den Webspot entscheiden und empfehlen ihn auch weiter. ~ Jasmin M

I used my webspot 3 times in the past and was never disappointed, this time i decided to rent one for 3 months, as I am a digital nomad I heavily rely on internet for work and I need a steady and decent speed connection to upload photos, work online and communicate with clients. This time I received a new pocket wifi from My Webspot, my first impression was that it looked pretty big compared to the previous one, but the battery lasts way longer and the internet was more steady. I used it in Santorini, Greece for 1 months and 2 months in Palma de Majorca island in Spain, I had great signal in both places except one time while I was trekking in the mountains. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product, and I will to give a big kudos to My webspot support team as I broke my pocket wifi in the middle of my trip (motorbike accident) and they sent me a replacement unit within 48 hours. ~ Wine n

We recently took a trip from the US to Italy. Before our trip, we rented a hotspot from My Webspot to use for the 2 weeks we were in Italy. The hotspot arrived at our house a few days before out trip. It was easy to set up and connect to our phones while we were in Italy. We kept our phones in airplane mode, and were able to connect to the internet, make calls, receive texts and post pictures on social media without having to pay to use our cell phone international plans. We could connect to it with all of our devices, which was nice. Being able to access the internet saved us a lot of trouble several times when we got lost and when we needed to catch an unplanned bus. When we got home, we simply dropped the hotspot in the mail using the pre-paid envelope to return it. We will definitely use My Webspot again the next time we visit Italy or France. ~ JuLee C

We rented a mifi device for a camping holiday in Biarritz. The device arrived next day by DHL to my home in the UK, and we were on the internet before we'd even driven off Le Shuttle. With few exceptions, we have fast enough internet for all the kids to download apps and watch youtube on the 12 hour drive to Biarritz. In Biarritz, the wifi continued to be excellent. Unfortunately, we used up the data allowance after 4 days, but My Webspot were very gracious and refunded all the money for unused days, with an assurance that they were working with Bouyges to allow top-ups. The refund came within a couple of days. This is so much better than roaming and will use again. ~ Justin N

Best pocket wifi rental in Europe ! We used my webspot services during a two weeks trip with my friends accross Europe. It was amazing ! The Europe pocket wifi worked perfectly even in very remote area in Italy. We were able to connect 6 smartphone to the wifi egg at the sametime. We had 4G LTE almost everywhere in Europe. And only once we had to pick manually a 4G network on the MiFi because it was connecting 3G. The pocket wifi is thin and very nice. the battery life is good, and My Webspot offered us an extra battery to charge the portable wifi during our visits. We were able to stay connected with unlimited internet everywhere in Europe and all day long ! We compare different offers for mobile wifi rental in Europe, and find out that MY WEBSPOT was the cheapest an most convenient solution. I highly recommend it for every travelers in Europe. ~ Gary H

Très bonne couverture wifi pendant mes 2 semaines au Chili, à la fois en ville, sur la route et même en montagne, avec un excellent débit. La batterie a une durée très correcte. J'ai juste eu un problème de faux contact avec le chargeur, il fallait légèrement incliner la fiche dans l'appareil pour que le contact se fasse bien et que l'appareil se recharge correctement. I am giving this 5 stars based on the customer service I received, and from past experiences with this company. For my last trip, unfortunately the device I received was problematic so I had to rely on my data roaming from the US. Customer service was very responsive during the troubleshooting phase, and was amenable in crediting back unused data in the end. This was my only difficulty in using the product (other travels just great!). I recognize this is bound to happen at some point, and the way they treated the incident and credited back unused data will make me a customer again - they did right by the customer! ~ Robin G

Having a webspot for our 2 1/2 week road trip through south Spain was a LIFESAVER!! I have a very active social media following for my business, and was able to post photos of our travels every day, in the smallest of villages and on the road, without any problem at all. And it was great to be able to keep in constant contact with the family and my staff back home in Australia the whole time. The battery life was great - we just made sure it charged overnight every night, and often had it charging in the car while we drove as well, just in case - but we had no trouble at all with it.
